# I didn't get an email

> Confirmation, invite and password emails.

Anchora sends email for three things:

| Email | Subject |
| - | - |
| Your invite | Your spot on Anchora is ready |
| Confirming a new account | Confirm your Anchora account |
| Resetting your password | Reset your Anchora password |

## Check these first

1. Look in your **spam**, **promotions** and **updates** folders.
2. Make sure you used the right address. A typo means the email went somewhere else.
3. Wait a minute or two. Emails can take a short while to arrive.

## Ask for a new one

* **Confirmation email:** sign in with your email and password. If your email isn't confirmed yet, the sign-in page offers to send a fresh link.
* **Password reset:** use **Forgot password** on the sign-in page.
* **Invite:** write to [hello@tryanchora.com](mailto:hello@tryanchora.com) from the email you joined with, and we'll send it again.

If you see "Please wait a minute before requesting another email", wait a minute and try once more.
