# Atlas isn't working

> Limits, errors and answers that look wrong.

## I can't find Atlas

Atlas is optional and off until you turn it on. Open Atlas from the app and select **Get started with Atlas**. If you still don't see it, Atlas may be temporarily unavailable. Your journey works without it.

## "You've reached today's Atlas limit"

There's a daily limit on Atlas questions for each student. It resets at midnight UTC (5:30 AM in India).

## "Atlas is busy today"

Atlas has reached its overall limit for the day across all students. Try again tomorrow. Your journey, documents and profile still work as usual.

## "Atlas couldn't write your briefing right now"

Try again later. If it keeps happening, [contact support](/troubleshooting/contact-support).

## An answer looks wrong

Atlas can make mistakes. Select the thumbs-down on the answer so we can review it, and check important details with the official source it cites.
