To answer, Atlas uses your first name and intake, your journey and progress, which documents are uploaded, facts you asked it to remember, and your question. **Your document files are never sent.**

## Removing what Atlas keeps

Your conversations stay in your account until you delete them in **Settings**. You can also see and remove what Atlas remembers there.
